DINKwise A.I. respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect the answers you provide in the free assessment and paid Blueprint questionnaire, contact information used during checkout, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. We do not ask for online-banking credentials and we do not receive your complete payment-card number.

How we use information

We use your information to calculate your score, create your personalized educational Blueprint, confirm payment, deliver and recover your purchase, provide support, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Optional marketing email

If you separately choose to receive DINKwise tips and updates, we retain a record of that consent and may send educational or promotional email. Consent is optional and is not required to receive a score or complete a purchase. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not stop essential purchase or Blueprint-delivery messages.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate DINKwise, including Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure data storage, OpenAI for generating Blueprint narrative, Resend for transactional and consented email delivery, and our website-hosting provider. They process information only to provide their services to us and under their own privacy and security terms.

Storage and retention

Assessment drafts can be stored on your device. Completed purchases and Blueprints may be stored in our systems for customer support, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Recovery links

A personal recovery link may be emailed after a Blueprint is completed. Anyone with that link may be able to view the finished Blueprint, so customers should keep it private and contact us if they believe it has been shared.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections can differ between jurisdictions.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your purchase, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You can also clear locally saved assessment data by clearing your browser data.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

DINKwise is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
