Refund Policy

The free DINKwise assessment has no charge. The Wealth & Home Blueprint is a personalized digital product created after payment.
When a full refund is available
We will provide a full refund for a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge confirmed through our review, or a technical failure that prevents us from delivering your purchased Blueprint and that we cannot correct within a reasonable time.
Other refund requests
Because the Blueprint is generated specifically from your household answers, completed and delivered Blueprints are not automatically refundable for a change of mind. We will review good-faith requests submitted within seven days of purchase and work to resolve genuine problems fairly.
How to request help or a refund
Email dinkwiseai@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and the approximate purchase date. Do not send complete card or bank details.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls when the credit appears, which can take several business days.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund or consumer-protection rights that apply under law.
